Match Making Can Be Rewarding!
Recently, at one of your networking presentations, I met a woman who I thought would have good business prospects for someone I had met earlier at a Chamber of Commerce breakfast meeting.
The next morning, at another meeting, I met another woman who also, I thought, could offer great business possibilities for my acquaintance through the Chamber.
Later that day, I called my new colleague from the Chamber of Commerce and told him about the two women. He was very interested in meeting with them both. I introduced them to each other and let them work out whether there is potential synergy to be developed.
Each of them has promised to let me know how it works out. Regardless, they are all grateful for the role I played, which was probably inspired by your presentation. I also feet good for having connected them! That's a win/win for all and I'm sure there will be business for me out of this either directly or by referral down the road.
